I finally lived out one of my dreams of staying in a bungalow right next to the beach at Pine Bungalow in Krabi at Klong Muang Beach, Thailand. It was exactly what I was envisioning and was super happy that we were able to spend three nights in this paradise.

Private Room:

Our bungalow was on the beach front with a great view of the palm trees and the beach out our front windows. The room came with a double bed, closet, table and chair, air conditioning and a private bathroom. We also had a lovely porch with two large lounge chairs that we would sit in while watching rain storms pass by.

The room came with air conditioning, which was set to one cold temperature. We couldn’t figure out how to change it and asked the staff about it. The staff were friendly enough to fix the issue and installed a dial for us to be able to change the temperature. Other amenities at Pine Bungalow included many hammocks, a kayak, volleyball net, and badminton. They also offer tours to the neighboring islands. There is a restaurant on-site that we ate at for all our meals since it was really the only option around.

Pricing:

We paid $136 total for three nights. This was for one of their priciest bungalows since it was one of the few that sat on the beach front while the other bungalows were hidden further back. It was definitely worth it to be in the front.

Location:

Pine Bungalow lived up to my high expectations of a beach front bungalow. The location was great for those who are looking for a more secluded beach and a break from the party scene. I think there was a town that was 20 minutes away from the bungalows, but we never left the beach to find out.
